Our team has over 150 registered swimmers, ages 5 to 18 years old. We are looking for team sponsors and offer an incredible advertising opportunity with wide visibility to the Bexley community, including:
- Sponsor business logo printed on team t-shirts, which are worn by 150+ swimmers throughout the summer season, including swim meets and team events.
- Sponsor listed on a professional poster size sign at the front entrance of the Bexley Pool for all home meets.
- Sponsor listed on home meet heat sheets.
- Sponsor information displayed in the Bexley Marlin display case at the Bexley Pool entrance throughout the summer.
- Sponsor and business web link will be listed on the Marlin Facebook page and website.
Sponsorship Levels
We offer several levels of sponsorship with corresponding benefits.
- Olympic Sponsor: $400 Main sponsor of the Marlins. Large business logo on all printed materials.
- Relay Sponsor: $200 Medium sized business logo on all printed materials.
- Freestyle Sponsor: $125 Small sized business logo on all printed materials.
- Starting Block Sponsor: $75 Business name listed on all printed materials.
In Kind Donations
The Bexley Marlin team welcomes in kind donations for both team materials or concessions. In kind donors will be listed by business name in printed materials. At minimum, in kind donations should be equal in value to the lowest level of monetary sponsorship ($75) for recognition in printed materials. The Bexley Marlin Parent Board can provide recommendations for appropriate team materials upon request.
Please make sponsorship commitments by May 5th, 2022. Sponsorship funds helps to defray the cost of t-shirts and swim caps for all participants and necessary equipment for the 2022 season, such as computer upgrades and spirit events.
